Downer Rail and Transit Systems has been awarded one of the largest Queensland Infrastructure projects, QTMP a train manufacturing program, providing Queensland with a new modern fleet.

To compliment our RTS business and our project we are looking for a new **Belonging & Inclusion Business Partner. **This newly created role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion. We are on a lookout for a superstar who will provide guidance, support and has excellent collaboration skills to manage a range of stakeholders to integrate inclusive practices into policies, procedures and initiatives.

You will lead efforts to assess and address barriers to inclusion, such as bias and discrimination. You will be the key resource for employees seeking assistance with diversity and inclusion
- related issues.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing process delivery and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within a corporate or organisational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions on sensitive topics and manage conflict effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
