The Role

Reporting to the Online Manager and Online 2IC the picking supervisor is responsible for delivering a market-leading, highly profitable eCommerce operation which provides exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for creating a customer-focused culture delivering key objectives linked to people, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Online Manager and Online 2IC running the picking shift
- Lead a team of 100+ personal shoppers
- Ensure personal shoppers are fulfilling orders 100%
- Ensure personal shoppers are substituting products when necessary during the picking process
- Out of stocks escalated to the replenishment team
- Ensure the QA process is followed to ensure customers are receiving perfect orders
- Provide on-the-job training
- Ensure the store is meeting safety compliance
- Ensure the store is meeting food safety compliance

Qualifications & Competencies required
- Aligned with HFM values
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally mornings.
- Retail or FMCG experience is an advantage ideally managing a team
- Forklift license desirable
