**Your new role**

As a Client Services Officer, you will:

- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a high standard of service to support stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process for the caller.
- Effective Communication: Offer quality written and verbal advice to stakeholders, and individuals, aligning with team objectives.
- Efficiency Champion: Contribute to efficient work practices, promoting streamlined processes within your work group and the broader organisation.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate information in databases, physical records, forms, and correspondence, adhering to government standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to business processes, ensuring optimal efficiency.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Collaborative Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering positive interpersonal relationships.
- Time Management: Skill in determining priorities and managing time effectively.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling administrative and regulatory processes.
- Ethical Practices: Adherence to Public Sector Act principles, ethical decision-making, and safety protocols.
- Customer Focus: Experience in providing exceptional client-focused service.
- Administrative Acumen: Familiarity with general administrative tasks.
- A current Working with Children Check is required for this role.
