**The role**:
We are actively seeking passionate and dedicated coaches to become part of our vibrant community at BFT Hornsby

Enjoy the flexibility of regular working hours (5-20 hours), comprehensive training on BFT and our specialised programs, and continuous professional development opportunities. As a pivotal member of our team, you will deliver engaging group fitness classes, foster collaborative teamwork, and provide personalised attention to our valued members during each session.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Minimum Cert III qualification in Fitness (preferably Cert IV)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to build an awesome member community
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Exceptional customer service, sales skills, and high level of integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt and willingness to go beyond the role's responsibilities.
- High motivation, passion for the health and fitness industry, and a commitment to changing lives
- Creativity, enthusiasm and initiative
- Can-do attitude
- Tertiary education in Ex Sci/Sports Sci/Human Movement or similar (desirable)

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Welcoming every member that walks into the studio
- Lead or assist exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs
- Use own knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times
- Confidence in educating members about BFT programming, exercise regressions and progressions
- A true passion for helping members achieve theirfitness goals
- Using great personalities to making BFT the best training experience anywhere
- Daily equipment set up, pack down and reset, ready for next class
- Maintaining a high standard of studio presentation
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Contribute to ongoing studio and member growth
