We are looking for a skilled and seasoned Workshop Administrator. As a Workshop Administrator, you will be multifunctional, supporting the scheduling, allocation or prioritisation of internal and external workshop tasks(incl procurement), servicing and machinery repairs.

**Responsibilities**:
**These duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide “first point of contact” support for all workshop administrative enquiries.
- Support the Service Manager to actively manage and monitor the WIP (Work in Progress)
- Through the provision of departmental reporting support the Service and Branch Manager, ensure the Service department is productive and profitable
- Facilitate the communication between workshop Personnel and the administration of the Service Department
- Be responsible for the raising of purchase Orders to Subcontractors
- Monitor and close out damage notes in a timely manner
- Assist key stakeholders to prepare compliance paperwork for major project sites.
- Invoice and closing of repair orders
- Coordinate the procurement tasks relating to new machine builds.
- Take administrative responsibility for the QHSE requirements relating to the Kewdale branch
- Any other duties as directed by a senior member of staff.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years experience within a Parts and/or inventory role.
- Exposure to a workshop/service environment - essential
- Initiative, tact and maturity.
- Systems and process-driven mindset to manage your responsibilities and drive positive outcomes for our customers.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive and handle pressure in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Lives and breaths the concept of the standard that you walk past is the standard that you accept
- Adopts a close-the-loop mentality with all facets of your role.
- Great people skills and a proactive, energetic approach to providing customer service
- Intermediate to Advanced skills relating to the Microsoft Office suite of products
- QHSE Training/accreditation - preferred
- Mechanical Aptitude
