**Aim Site Hire** is Victoria's leading hire and rental provider of Temporary Fencing, Portable Toilets, and hire equipment to the domestic housing, construction, and events industries. We are a well-established family run hire company and have been operating across Victoria for over 40 years.

We are seeking a **Yard Hand** with a forklift licence and current drivers licence to work at our Sale Branch.

**This position is**:

- Immediate start available
- Weekly pay cycle and employee benefits
- 8 Shifts with 6.00am or 7.00am starts Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities include (But not limited to)**:

- Inspect, Sort, Clean and Pump out assets when returned to yard
- Clean, service and maintenance assets so they meet re-hire quality standards
- Operate forklift to load/unload trucks
- Work with the operations team to prepare for incoming and outgoing hires
- Co-ordinate traffic control in the yard
- Receive Deliveries, perform inventory controls and stocktakes
- Preparing silt bags for delivery
- Help the crew on the truck in the field when required
- Maintain a clean, safe & tidy yard

- Be adept with hand tools, repairs and maintenance work
- Be physically fit for manual work
- Current forklift and drivers licence
- White Card
- Be available Mon-Fri for various shift between 6.00am and 3.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Maintenance, Construction or Repair: 1 year (preferred)
- Yard hand: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
