Are you passionate about creating a safe and tidy environment for students? Girton Grammar School is looking for a reliable and dedicated Yard Supervisor to join our team

**What You'll Do**:
**Student Supervision**:

- Supervise students during morning drop-off from 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Ensure a safe and orderly environment, addressing any behaviour issues and providing basic first aid when necessary.

**Grounds Maintenance**:

- Assist the Maintenance team from 8:45 AM - 10:00 AM in keeping the school grounds neat and tidy.
- Perform tasks like litter collection, minor repairs, and basic gardening to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Skills**:

- Safety awareness to ensure the well-being of students.
- Attention to detail in identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work and light maintenance tasks.
- Reliability to consistently perform both student supervisory and maintenance duties.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance and gardening.
- First Aid certificate is an advantage.
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
