Due to our continued growth and strong demand, our Wholesale division has an exciting opportunity for a full time Assistant Stock Controller to join our dynamic team based onsite at our iconic Richmond headquarters
Reporting to our National Transactions Manager this role will see you build strong and lasting customer relationships, as they are one of the most important aspects of our business. We believe that having the right team in place is essential for providing our customers with the best possible experience.

As our Assistant Stock Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in managing and maintaining accurate stock levels across our wholesale product range.
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborating with the Purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Processing stock receipts, transfers, and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommending appropriate actions.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly stock reports for management review.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of stock control systems and procedures.
- Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure efficient stock management and organisation.
- Responding to stock enquiries from internal teams and external customers promptly and professionally.
- Assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancies and investigating any variances.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of stock control processes and system.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in a busy, ever-changing workplace.
- Strong Organisational Skills.
- Proven experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Demonstrated capability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the quality of work is maintained.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with colleagues and clients effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook who can foster a harmonious working environment.
- Knowledge of Luxury Car Tax regulations and the ability to identify applicable vehicles.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred however not essential.
