We are a people business and an equal opportunity employer - we support and recognize the importance of a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion. **About the role** We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Service Coordination and Administration function within our Melbourne branch located in the South-Eastern suburbs in Dingley. **Responsibilities include**: - Proactively scheduling & dispatching Preventative Maintenance works - To plan the daily schedules for each Technician and allocate via Salesforce - To ensure all technicians have minimum 3 days’ worth of work on their Gannt chart - Raise and allocate all service calls to Technicians - Preparation of completed work orders for invoicing team including all related documentation - Meet both internal and external KPIs - Daily liaisons with technicians and service manager to archive key outcomes - Run and prepare reports **Key Selection Criteria;** - Experience in scheduling, rostering and labour resourcing planning is preferred - Experience in front line client and technician engagement is preferred - Experience with working with ERPs and scheduling tools would be preferred - Ability to work to KPIs and a focus on continuous improvement - Maintaining key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally - Have a ‘can do’ attitude - Excellent organisation and time management skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment whilst still maintaining a high standard **Why work with us**: - A competitive salary package - Flexible work environment - Reward and Recognition program - Health & Wellbeing program - Employee Assistance Program - Annual Flu shots Join us and be a part of an enviable company culture in a friendly, results-driven work environment.
