**About the Role**:
**2 x Specialised Desk Representative (Perm, FT)**
- In this role, you will be providing high level of service and handling all enquiries from their premier clients for their Imports and Exports shipments
**About you**:
To be successful in these roles, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support or sales administrative roles
- Good keyboard and computer skills with the ability to pickup systems
- Customer oriented approach with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
- Able to multitask and work autonomously with minimum supervision
