**About the Role**:
**Please Note:This Opportunity is for a Two (2) Year Fixed Term Contract**

The Governance and Reporting Officer will provide high-quality support for a range of key governance, and ministerial coordination activities. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Governance and Reporting Officer will coordinate the drafting and approval of various briefings, memorandums, reports, correspondence, and ministerial and parliamentary documents. This role will also support team functions and objectives by providing high-quality administration support and coordination to the broader team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Working with teams across the organization, coordinate and prepare various fortnightly, monthly and quarterly project reports.
- Provide Secretarial support and coordinate meetings for key governance and stakeholder committees.
- Prepare a range of governance documents, including minutes, correspondence, memos and briefings.
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to support Governance and Reporting team objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the Governance and Reporting team, including the coordination of documents for approval, management of a shared inbox and records for the team.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in working with senior executives providing comprehensive coordination and administrative support to project teams.
- Experience coordinating and preparing various project reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to details and a high-level of accuracy in communication.
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to schedule and priorities tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively seek assistance as required.
- Willingness to work cooperatively and autonomously in a sensitive, complex, and demanding environment, with a high degree of responsibility and self-management.
- Demonstrated capability with a broad range of computer programs, including MS Office, Outlook, Content Manager and eBriefings.

**Position Description**:
**Qualification**:
A tertiary qualification in arts, business, communications, public policy, project management or similar will be well regarded.
