This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing our colleague experience to the Hyatt Regency Brand Standards. This person supports operational efforts by providing and coordinating on-going training and development programs. Plans and coordinates colleague functions, colleague engagement activities and provides employee counseling as necessary.
The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and/or minimum 3-5 years management experience.
- Must be a solutions-oriented leader with demonstrated coaching and conflict resolution skills. Experience guiding organizational change is helpful.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Takes initiative and has an innovative mindset.
- Proven planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Solid professional presentation skills. Must have the ability to deliver messages clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal skills and genuine customer service orientation. Must have a positive demeanor with energy, drive, and persistence to achieve goals.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
