The Opportunity
We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Deer Park practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all patients. Our Deer Park practice recently underwent significant renovations and a new staff room to support the wellbeing of our team, so you can be rest assured you are working in modern, bright facilities.
This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, working with a diverse range of patients. You'll support health care professionals as well as perform general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients in a busy Centre and welcoming them into our Practice.
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments (when required).
- Answering high volume telephone calls & enquiries.
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.

**To excel in this role, you'll possess**:

- Previous medical reception experience in a fast paced environment (preferred)
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Broad availability throughout the week & afterhours, including 1 x Sunday shift once a month
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Neat and professional presentation.
