**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sourcing Coordinator** to join our team. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, this Hybrid role is based out of our Chirnside Park site 2-3 days per week.

**What You'll Do**:
In this newly created role, you will:

- **Make a difference**: analyse suppliers, outsourced products and freight to identify savings and ensure optimum performance
- ** Innovate and solve problems**: work with Marketing, Operations and Suppliers on sourcing requirements for new product innovation, the coordination of product samples and the completion of testing results
- ** Collaborate**: develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeframe and budget
- ** Continuously Improve**:actively commit to all continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering or Logistics are beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
- Experience with quality control, execution, approval and maintenance of contracts and agreements
- A strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in document management and reporting
- An understanding of manufacturing processes, and logistics is considered favourably
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is beneficial but not essential
