We’re looking for an up-and-coming marketer to join our team

You will be working to bring to life tourism and wellness venues - think resort, wellness, day spa, luxury. You will build, execute, enhance and support marketing initiatives to drive the brand, awareness and engagement.

**About you**
- You love writing content
- You’re a creative thinker
- You have a guest first approach to marketing
- You understand the importance of brand integrity and consistency
- You have 1 - 2 years marketing experience
- Ideally based in Victoria

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement local marketing and communication plans.
- Coordinate marketing and communication projects, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Support the strategy behind venue annual promotions and advertising budgets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill venue teams.
- Provide monthly summary reports and campaign/project reporting on ROI and key outcomes.

**Location**
- Ideally based at Hepburn Bathhouse, Daylesford (3-days at Hepburn Bathhouse / 2-days option to work from home)
