Since 1976 CCI Services (CCI) has been dedicated to increasing the efficiency of the not-for-profit sector by uniting a member base of not-for-profit organisations and assisting them in supply chain solutions. CCI provides its members with cost and time saving benefits, as well as reducing their procurement risks. This is achieved by CCI harnessing the purchasing power of the member base and conducting comprehensive tenders with class leading Australian organisations.

Reporting to the State Manager, the Member Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing the member base in Victoria to drive sustainable financial growth through member acquisition, retention and category usage. You will use your influencing skills and new business ability to increase the number of CCI members within the state and save members money by introducing them to some of Australia’s leading suppliers. Your success in the role will directly lead to a greater level of impact being delivered in the community and making a real tangible difference to the not-for-profit members.

A self-motivated sales and account manager, with strong stakeholder management skills, you will have the ability to secure new business and to build partnerships with customers to grow their purchases in a win-win environment. The ability to work independently and in a focused, organised manner is essential. Experience with the not-for-profit sector, with a health focus in particular will be advantageous but not essential.
