**Your Role**:
As a Diploma Educator with Y Kinders, you will have the opportunity to:
**Create Engaging Learning Experiences**: Design fun, creative, and tailored educational activities that nurture children's curiosity and development.
**Build Meaningful Relationships**: Connect with children and families to foster a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
**Collaborate and Grow**: Work alongside a passionate team of educators who encourage creativity and teamwork.
**Ensure Safety and Compliance**: Maintain a safe environment and follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines.
**About You**
You’re a dedicated, enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children and fostering their development. You’re looking for flexibility and opportunities to grow in your career. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Educators: A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it).
- Teacher: VIT registration as an ECT
- A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks.
- The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities.
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
