BKI is seeking an incredible **Diploma of Nursing **Teacher **to join our Health and Community Centre of Excellence (HACCOE) team at both our Bendigo and Maryborough Campuses to teach prospective nurses and inspire the next generation #RegionalJobs

**About The Role**:
You will be working within a collaborative team environment with frequent team building exercises and events for all to enjoy The team is comprised of industry professionals all cohesively working together to teach aspiring nurses. Our staff bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to educate both face to face and online to help our students grow.

Teachers deliver high quality vocational education, training and competency-based assessment in specified program(s) in a range of settings including classrooms, workplaces and online environments.
**We are excited about you because you have**:
- A Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Current industry experience
- A Registered Nurse
- TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE)
- Minimum of 5 years Nursing Clinical experience
- Qualifications in Mental Health
- Proficiency in digital teaching methodologies
- Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessedPost Grad in Nursing Specialty (desirable)
**Experience and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel etc
- Has an understanding of cultural sensitivity and respects and values difference
- Is able to identify language, literacy and numeracy issues
- Can adapt communication style to suit audience and context
- Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Has an understanding of the concepts and practices underpinning digital and blended learningProvision (and maintenance) of current driver's license where relevant
