A valued part of the Flower Power Group, Arborglen is one of Sydney’s largest wholesale production nurseries. With a sprawling site spanning 55 acres in Glenorie, we nurture and grow over 5 million quality plants each year, providing up to 80% of the plants sold in Flower Power Garden Centres while also providing for a wide range of trade and industry customers.

**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operating equipment including hand sprayers and tractors
- Preparation, calibration and regular maintenance of spray equipment
- Adherence to strict health and safety compliance regulations

**Skills & Attributes Required**
- ChemCERT certification
- A valid driver’s license plus your own vehicle
- Great teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously
- A drive to achieve and maintain high standards
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- A passion for plants and horticulture
