ANOTHEN Community Care is a growing community care provider who offer a range of supports and services to individuals in the community setting. Our frontline support team are supported by our qualified team leaders, ensuring they have the clinical oversight needed to provide quality safe supports.

We are currently recruiting support workers to join our skills team for the NDIS Module 1: High Intensity Daily Personal Activities. Support Workers are required to have training and experience in one or more of the following complex health-related tasks in their daily routine.
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes (requiring insulin)
- Pressure injuries or wounds
- Seizure disorders
- PEG feeding or enteral nutrition
- Tracheostomy
- Urinary catheter or stoma care
- Ventilation support
- Subcutaneous injections
- Complex bowel care

**Selection Criteria**
- Minimum of a certificate III in individual support - essential
- NDIS workers screening check - essential
- Working with Children's Check - essential
- Current First aid & CPR - essential
- Current drivers licence - preferably WA driver licence
- High Intensity Daily Personal Activities - essential
- At least 6 -month experience as a support worker
- Excellent English skills - verbally, written and comprehension - essential
- Willingness to undertake professional development annual to build your skill set - essential

We are currently looking for staff for our co-living supported living homes in the following areas:

- Midlands
- Gosnells
- Byford
- Baldivis
- Morley
- Two Rocks
- Brabham

**PLEASE NOTE**

ANOTHEN Community Care pays under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (MA000100) - depending on individual's qualifications, experience and skill level.

Pay: $35.15 - $77.33 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
