**Job Summary**

Gamma Illumination is a leading commercial and architectural lighting manufacturer and is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Service person to join an existing team. Well established since 1986 and focusing on providing quality lighting products and services to their consumers. The company has grown to be a leader in both domestic and international lighting markets, especially in LED lighting. All of this can be credited to the company's commitment to innovation and their locally designed and made products.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a good sound knowledge of customer service. This is an inbound role and incorporates quoting, entering orders, liaising with the factory, warehouse and project team, and providing delivery schedules to customers. Being part of an existing team, you will fit into a very team orientated culture.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Being on the front line it is important that you possess:

- The ability to develop and build relationships
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience in the electrical field, lighting, sales or customer service experience would be highly considered.

**Benefits and Perks**

The role is a full-time office position working from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The location is conveniently placed within walking distance from the train station and there is on-site parking. This position is to start immediately

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
