Float Driver

Downer has an opportunity for a **Float Driver**to join our **Asphalt**division, based at our **Somerton**depot. In this full time permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth transportation of asphalt laying equipment to and from various sites across the Melbourne metropolitan area. The role is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to safety, quality and team collaboration looking for a rewarding position in the asphalt industry.

**About You**:

- **Valid HC Driver's Licence (minimum).**:

- Current General Construction Induction (White Card).
- Knowledge and understanding of Chain of Responsibiilty (CoR).
- Strong familiarity with the Melbourne metropolitan area.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift roster.
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A strong team player, capable of working efficiently with others.
- A committment to upholding Zero Harm culture at all times.
