We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to work in our Atrium Cocktail Bar and display their multi talented skills. Our Atrium Bar requires an energetic and professional staff member who has a passion for hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

In order to provide exceptional customer service, the Cocktail bartender must possess in depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and other drink ingredients, with the ability to build great rapport with our members and guests.

As the successful applicant you will be required to:

- Mix, shake and serve a wide range of premium beverage products with enthusiasm, efficiency and flare.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance and stock control of the bar and surroundings to a high standard.
- Interact with a broad range of patrons with an upbeat, personable and always professional demeanour.
- Create enticing drink recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to understand and respond to individual guest’s needs and requirements.
- Have a genuine interest and understanding of food and drink.
- Think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail
- Adhere to all RSA policies and procedures

Essential Criteria:

Previous Cocktail Bartending experience (2-3 years)
- Ability to create classic cocktails as requested along with signature menu items
- Ability to work a varied roster including weekends and Public Holidays
- RSA RCG
