Claims Consultant

We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Customer Relations Consultant to join their team in Alexandria region.

Our client is a fast growing, modern, digital business offering excellent career opportunities and advancement across a variety of departments. The business offers a range of services to the vehicle / accident repair / claims industry.

**The role**
You will maintain your own accident repair cases and manage the file from start to finish, this includes identifying recovery and settlement files, coordinating repairs and any additional administration/ customer service required to deliver an outstanding outcome.

Duties include:

- Communicating, both verbally and written, with fleet customers;
- Handling Motor claims;
- Managing your customers, developing key relationships,
- Facilitate vehicle repairs;
- Liaise with external stakeholders and service providers, providing clear and concise instruction;
- Develop relationships with external suppliers;
**Applicant requirements**
Successful applicants will have the following:

- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a proven track record of telephone customer service
- Previous Motor Claims experience is highly advantageous but not essential
- A proven track record managing your own work load / customers
- Good multitasking skills, being able to juggle your workload and prioritise accordingly
- Previous experience working with KPI’s
- Computer literate and technically astute

**The hours of work are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Excellent salary package, negotiable depending in experience.
