**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about Leadership? Can you imagine leading a group of Allied Health Professionals in a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based treatments through a mix of one on one rehabilitation, exercise-based classes, pain management and equipment prescription in our state of the art facility? (you do not need to be a clinician)

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Clinic Team Leader to join our new Clinic in Carrum Downs.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience within a health environment an advantage but not essential
- Sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or Salesforce
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills to create logical and practical solutions

Current or willing to obtain:

- Annual flu vaccination and Covid-19 Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
