**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist for a dual location role to join our dedicated team at our Sunshine Coast Skin Centre on a Casual basis. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for:
- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required
**Qualifications & Attributes**
- Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential
- Previous experience with medical practice software, such as Best Practice will be highly regarded
- Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care
- A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
