**More about what you’ll do**
Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced **HR Advisor** to join our vibrant, dynamic and friendly People & Culture team.
Reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance and expertise to both our employees and senior business leaders.
The role will incorporate the following responsibilities
- Work closely with senior business leaders and employees providing ongoing support and guidance in relation to HR matters
- Partner with senior business leaders, providing coaching and mentoring on people management matters, performance issues and grievances
- Educate senior business leaders regarding changes to employee arrangements and conditions in line with applicable employment legislation
- Ensure that all relevant changes in relation to employment legislation, conditions, policies, procedures and people practices are implemented as required
- Assist senior business leaders with performance management of employees
- Oversee the performance review process, assisting senior business leaders in identifying future talent and talent gaps for development, including succession planning for business critical roles
- Oversee and manage all employee rewards, incentives and benefit programs
- Prepare statistical HR reporting and analysis as required
- Drive key HR projects and initiatives
**More about you**
This is an important role within our business. We are looking for a HR professional with strong business partnering skills, preferably having had experience working with senior business leaders.
- Previous experience in a similar HR generalist / advisory role
- Ability to think strategically to engage with senior business leaders and drive sound HR processes in line with Company policies
- Excellent people skills including the ability to engage and influence key decision makers, and the ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- A hands on approach, a 'can do' enthusiastic attitude, with the insight to show initiative and the ability to think and act quickly on your feet
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
