WesTrac are looking for a superstar **Testing Coordinator **to join our team.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the **Testing Coordinator** is responsible for the coordination and execution of the drug and alcohol program and testing in alignment to WesTrac policy. This includes collection of and processing samples in person, as well as coordination with pathology vendors to schedule specimen collection across all WesTrac sites in Western Australia.

This role is great for someone who would like flexibility with their working hours as testing is coordinated both weekdays and weekends, as well as evenings, allowing for autonomy in the role.

**About You**:

- Strong administration experience, preferable within Human Resources.
- Holds or has Willingness to complete HLTPAT005 Collect Pathology Specimens Other Than Blood certification.
- Understanding and ability to interpret legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to Australian and state specific standards.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace.
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters appropriately and negotiate potentially difficult situations.

**This is a permanent part time (20 hours per week) opportunity based at our South Guildford facility in WA.**
