This is an exciting time to join Multiplex with an opportunity initially working on our iconic Queens Wharf Integrated Development but also supporting the wider QLD business and other relevant projects as required.
We're looking for an experienced and energetic professional with a passion for stakeholder relations. The Stakeholder Engagement Manager plays a key role in upholding the stakeholder engagement strategy, as well as executing the day-to-day activities with a communications and engagement focus.
Managing the communications and relationships with the project's external and internal stakeholders including government departments, the broader neighbourhood, subcontractors, staff and community groups will be the key focus of this role. Other duties will include preparation of communications materials/updates for distribution to stakeholders including website and project collateral, managing stakeholder enquiries and complaints, coordinate community meetings and proactively driving community engagement initiatives on behalf of our QLD projects.
With a strong client focus and excellent relationship management skills you will enjoy dealing with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate professionally with stakeholders as well as the internal project and communications teams. With tertiary qualifications in Communications (or a related field), 5 years' experience in a similar role, the ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment and be self-motivated are important requirements of this role.
