We are seeking experienced **Room Leaders **to join our team in our** Rozelle **service.

You will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs, while working closely alongside the Centre Director to strive for an exceeding center.

**About the role**:

- Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another.
- Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.
- Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements.
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

**About you**:

- ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong computer skills
- Current approved First Aid Certificate
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
