If you are a Diploma Educator with a passion for inspiring high-quality practice and bringing innovative ideas this could be your ideal next long-term role It is a community based, not for profit long day care centre. This 56 place centre is looking for a Diploma to join the 3-5 years room. The centre has been making connections with the community as it sits on a historical site which we visit on a weekly basis with the children to share this natural space. Sharing the Reggio Emilia view of children as strong and capable learners, who learn not in isolation but in collaboration with each other and place an emphasis on an aesthetic environment being an integral part of our program, with the focus on making the children’s areas inviting and stimulating. We strive to provide an aesthetically pleasing, inviting and "home like" environment that fosters creativity, exploration and imagination. Through play, you will respond to the individual interest, strength and needs of all children in the group with a focus on optimising the development and learning potential of the ‘whole child’ **Your new role** As an Educator within the 3-5 room you will use your knowledge of the EYLF and passion for the industry to create an engaging educational program with the support of your team mates. You will be a valued member of a very close-knit team and use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to form positive relationships with children and families alike.
