**Mad Mex** is looking for a hardworking and passionate **Kitchenhand/line cook **to be part of our team at our restaurant located in November

**About the Role**

The Grill Cook is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

**Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm**

**The restaurant will be closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period and you will need to take annual leave at this time. If you prefer to work in another restaurant / and if there are shifts available this can be arranged.**

As part of the New Restaurant Opening process, you may be required to undergo training in a location close to the new location of the restaurant for training. We will keep you posted but how exciting you will get to work alongside some of our best in the Mad Mex Familia

**About You**

Our people are friendly & outgoing, have a strong work ethic & are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry - great, however,it’s not an essential requirement. All you need is a vibrant personality, a love for Mexican, and a willingness to learn
