Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Wealth & Private team supports the full spectrum of our customers’ wealth needs—spanning wealth creation and protection across mass market, mass affluent, and high-net-worth segments.

**Do work that matters**

As a Executive Product Owner in the Mass Affluent Wealth team, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of product and technology professionals, providing thought leadership to drive new product development and deliver seamless customer experiences for self-managed super funds (SMSFs).

**On any given day, you will**:

- Set and implement the strategic direction for SMSF administration
- Liaise with third parties to explore partnership and integration opportunities
- Stay on top of external market trends, regulations, and innovations to deliver a market-leading proposition
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary squad from across product and technology, fostering a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Define and deliver the product roadmap, vision, and KPIs, and manage the squad’s performance
- Release and iterate on products that meet customer needs and deliver business outcomes
- Guide delivery team members and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives
- Own the end-to-end product risk and control environment, including governance, issue identification, escalation, remediation, and regulatory responses
- Monitor outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals
