The Ministerial Officer prepares and processes important Divisional correspondence, which includes briefings and Freedom of Information requests.

**The Role**:
**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
- Highly organised and experienced in managing systems and processes.
- Highly skilled in formatting and editing high level and complex documentation.
- Ability to negotiate and implement critical timeframes for delivery of results.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and priorities.
- Capacity to work through periods of high pressure.
- Skilled communicator and writer, with ability to listen and achieve required results.
- Competent in the use of computerised and on-line records management systems.
- Experienced in dealing with issues that are of a sensitive and/or political nature.
- Experienced in providing high level administrative services.

**Special Conditions**
Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.
**Remuneration**:
ASO4 - $76,561 - $80,256
