As the Product Owner for the Edge Security - Networks squad, you will lead the operations and optimization of our network DDoS protection controls. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the bank’s infrastructure against evolving threats while ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performing network services. You’ll collaborate across teams, operate in an agile environment, and leverage your strong service management expertise to deliver robust security solutions.

**Do Work that Matters:
- Own the Product Lifecycle:Lead the end-to-end management of network DDoS protection controls, ensuring effective and scalable solutions to protect the bank’s critical infrastructure.
- Lead Incident Response: Act as the primary lead for major network security incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to contain, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Drive Proactive Enhancements: Continuously uplift the bank’s edge security posture by implementing innovative controls and aligning them with evolving security threats and business needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, service management, and agile delivery teams to prioritize security initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver timely solutions.
- Champion Service Excellence: Embed strong service management practices, ensuring the squad operates with a focus on availability, performance, and reliability of security services.
- Work in an Agile Environment: Drive agile ways of working within the squad, ensuring flexibility, adaptability, and delivery of high-quality outcomes..

**We are interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Extensive experience in Network Security or Edge Security, with a deep understanding of DDoS protection controls and related technologies.
- Proven success as a Product Owner in an agile environment, with the ability to translate technical needs into actionable product roadmaps.
- Strong service management expertise, including experience leading responses to major incidents and driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
- A proactive mindset, with a history of delivering robust, scalable security controls in high-stakes environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.The ability to balance security priorities with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of impactful and cost-effective solutions.
