**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Counsel international students on education pathways, institutions, and course options
- Guide students through course changes and enrolments (onshore & offshore)
- Maintain timely client follow-ups and accurate CRM data
- Create content for marketing and assist in promotional campaigns
- Manage admissions, offer letters, COEs, and task lists with attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Experience in education counselling (minimum 1 year preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Australian education system and institutions
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to meet KPIs
✔ Strong attention to detail and time management
✔ Ability to build rapport with students and stakeholders alike
✔ Tech-savvy
