The QCAA is committed to fair treatment and equality of opportunity for all current and prospective employees.For this role, your knowledge of academic integrity and experience in curriculum and assessment will be considered along with how well you: - Lead the design and delivery of professional development for schools, teachers, parents/carers who support students in their learning, including the QCAA, to promote and maintain academic integrity. Lead and participate in teams to develop the resources and services that promote an understanding of academic integrity and academic misconduct, including the use of technology such as generative AI. Provide expert advice to Managers and the Executive Director on issues related to policy, procedures and professional learning. Prepare briefings and correspondence. Lead and manage projects within timelines, using allocated resources. Liaise professionally with educational agencies and a range of stakeholders on projects. Create and maintain professional relationships between QCAA and key stakeholders. Participate in forums and workshops in relation to the work of the QCAA. Undertake specific tasks as required to assist the QCAA in achieving its business outcomes, including using data to inform decisions. Contribute to a change management and performance development culture by participating in regular two
- way feedback discussions with your manager and colleagues, and through the implementation of an individual Performance and Development Plan (PDP).
