**What You Will Be Doing**
The Dental Assistant Coach - Infection Prevention Portfolio and Oral Surgery Holder is a key member of the wider multi-disciplinary dental team. This role is to provide leadership, training and mentoring to dental assistants relevant to the infection control policies and procedures. This role not only provides efficient and effective support for clinicians, but also contributes to the smooth running of the dental program and the delivery of quality customer service to our clients and their families.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Preferably more than 6 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
- Desirable Criteria - Experience in CSSD and working in a public health service

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
