OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the relationship with our IKKARI 3PL warehouse
- Assisting the Logistics Manager to create an inbound and outbound schedule for 3PLs
- Supporting with all technology and system maintenance tasks relating to WMS, Inventory Management and ERP solutions utilised within your role
- Following up any shortages or discrepancies with relevant parties including warehouse team, merchandise team, production team or suppliers before shipment and/or upon receipt of goods
- Ensure economic decisions are made around freight and logistics choices including method of transport, consolidation, and rate card reviews
- Working collaboratively with Inventory Controller to resolve inventory discrepancies in 3PL warehouse
- Reconciling and loading monthly distribution and freight invoices for payment
- Assisting Product & Logistics teams with adhoc tasks and data entry
- Attend and present in Weekly Meetings to discuss upcoming deliveries and potential risks

Retail
- Overseeing the receipt of stock in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
- Working collaboratively with the Merchandise Planner to receive & fulfil indent and replenishment allocations
- Tracking and resolving any issues with freight movement between 3PL and stores, ensuring on time and in full delivery to stores each week
- Assisting IKKARI team members with special courier shipments including advice and/or documentation

Ecommerce
- Monitoring the flow of orders from ERP to 3PL’s WMS system, troubleshooting any issues
- Tracking Ecommerce order processing times in line with SLA
- Resolving any issues with freight movements from 3PL to customer
- Communicating with Ecommerce & Customer Experiences team regarding outbound delays

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Adherence to company Critical Path
- On time delivery from suppliers to warehouses
- On time delivery to stores
- Shrinkage/data integrity KPIs
- System and Administration maintenance
- Completion of all quarterly projects and tasks, as agreed with the Logistics Manager

REQUIRED AND DESIRED SKILLS

Technical
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, EDI integrations, Inventory Management Systems
- Experience in working in a multi-channel fashion retailer (wholesale, owned channel retail and e-commerce) is ideal.
- Experience in working with offshore teams and suppliers is ideal
