Our **Wangara branch** is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join us in the role of internal **Counter Sales and Administration**. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands on" individual who enjoys performing a variety of duties and tasks and working as a key member of the team. **Your daily activities will involve**: - Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone - Counter sales including customer development - Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation. - Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries. - Provide all necessary administration support to the team - Maintain a professional presentation of the branch **To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following**: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team - Good planning, organisation, and time management skills - Competent PC skills - Professional personal presentation - Previous customer service experience - Strong attention to detail - Willing to learn new skills and adapt based on business requirements - Forklift licence is preferred but not essential - This position from time to time may require you to perform manual handling tasks - Industry experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn, confidence, and desire to develop your skills and knowledge. **Please note applicants must have unlimited working rights to work in Australia.
