Based in Pendle Hill, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Member to fill a fulltime position.
- Full-time 5 days per week (7:30am-4:00pm)
- onsite parking
- ASAP Start

A customer service representative will be responsible for entering in orders, dealings with production, distribution and sales teams to ensure the customer is serviced. You will be servicing a mixture of Independent Retail, QSR stores, Wholesalers, Foodservice distributors and Charcoal Chicken shops.

We are looking for an ambitious person that is looking for a long term career within a secure, established business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong relationships and sales ability
- Assisting customers with pricing, invoicing, credits etc.
- Liaising with warehouse staff, customer service representatives and distribution staff to ensure customer service expectations are achieved
- Increase the depth and use of our products within our existing client databases

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience working within a call Centre environment
- strong customer service skills
- experience in sales and upselling products
