We are currently searching for our next superstar Operations Coordinator for our Orange store
The **Operations Coordinator** is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving KPI’s, ensuring compliance and completing administration duties within their home store. They should ensure that all processes and procedures in the safe operations of the Harris Farm Markets Stores are completed to agreed standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist Store Manager in achieving KPI’s around sales, wages and margin including the adequate rostering of staff.
- Supporting the delivery and communicate marketing programmes to the team
- Supporting the Store Manager in ensuring that the store is meeting compliance requirements in all areas meeting Company Standards and Regulatory Standards.
- Assisting team members to perform in line with “FRESH” customer service standards and resolve customer complaints.
- Liaising with various support office department to resolve any issues impacting the store.
- Completing store administration tasks as required.
**Required Skills and Knowledge**
We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business. Additionally, we are looking for someone with:
- Good English comprehension.
- IT ability - skilled in MS Office with an ability to pick up on tech platforms quickly.
- Good cultural fit, refer to What we believe in.
