**You will be learning how to**:

- Fixing, installing, renovating, altering, repairing, and maintaining guttering, downpipes, roof flashing and roof coverings on a wide range of buildings and structures.
- Work safely at heights
- Use small hand and power tools.
- Safe operation of workshop machinery
- Cut, shape and install metal
- Read Plans, measure and estimate.
- Assist the team with varied tasks, to ensure you learn as many skills as possible.

**To be successful you will be**:

- Reliable, has attention to detail, friendly, efficient, and customer focused.
- Well-mannered, polite, honest, well-presented, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Hold a driving Licence and have reliable transport
- Have a strong focus on safety
