We are seeking a dynamic and organised Retail Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our bakery retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine the ideal product mix, stock levels, and service standards to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and pricing structures.
- Drive sales through effective promotion and advertising of our products and services.
- Provide knowledgeable advice to customers and support them in choosing the best products for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets to support business goals.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold our high standards of service and presentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all operations.

About You:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in food, hospitality, or specialty retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine love for artisan products.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
