your role
This is a key, on-the-ground retail operations role, focused on supporting tenant success and driving commercial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders
  • Managing rent collection, lease assignments and retailer negotiations
  • Monitoring arrears and ensuring timely sales reporting
  • Supporting budget and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with business standards
  • Contributing to overall centre leadership and collaborating with internal teams
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve customer service and operational processes

  • A background in retail property, centre management, retail store management, or a related industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
  • Experience in arrears management and tenancy performance
  • High attention to detail with a sound grasp of reporting and compliance
