**Job description**

Our client is an award-winning wholesale nursery based at Mangrove Mountain, They are after their next Nursery Hand super star.

You **MUST** have an interest in plants and a passion for working outdoors.
- Plant Knowledge and/or Nursery/Gardening experience OR an extreme love of plants/greenery and the outdoors.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work quickly
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Have initiative and leadership capabilities
- Be Reliable (essential)
- Be fit and healthy (these roles can be physically demanding)
- Ability to be on your feet all day
- Ability to work well in a team and have good communication skills
- Able to follow processes and direction to carry out desired tasks
- Must have own transport
- Enjoy working in an outdoor environment at times in all weather conditions,
- Be ready to undertake a range of tasks on a daily basis.
- Start time is 6:30am and Finish time is 3:00 pm

**Desirables**:

- Certificate 3 in horticulture (or equivalent) but not required.
- Knowledge of Herb varieties
- A keen love/interest in plants and all things horticultural.
- Full-time hours and some overtime is likely during our peak season.
