The quantitative division has seen recent wins, offering the perfect career opportunity for researchers who want to advance their analytical and technical capabilities within a fast-paced consulting environment. Working alongside the director quant, you'll have the opportunity to be exposed to all elements of the research process, stretching your skills and elevating your career trajectory.

**Your days will be a mixture of**:

- Partnering with clients to deeply understand their business problems
- Supporting seniors with proposals and pitches
- Designing impactful questionnaires
- Project managing fieldwork and supplier management
- Data analysis using technical statistical packages such as Excel, SPSS and Q
- Translating data into clear stories, solutions, and implementable recommendations
- Report writing and client presenting
- Collaborating with the qual team
- Putting your creative hat on, constantly sharing new ideas and looking for new solutions
- 1:1 mentoring from managers
- Attending internal and external training sessions to accelerate your knowledge
- Socialising with the team, whether that's over a coffee, long lunch or a birthday celebration

**The essentials**:

- 2+ years’ experience in research, analytics, or consulting
- The ability to think analytically and creatively
- An understanding of the research process
- A love for understanding the why and what's next
- Smarts, commercial acumen and an inquisitive mind
- Technical capabilities with analytical packages; Excel, Q, SPSS
