**Position Responsibilities**
Responsible for managing the on-site housekeeping team, whilst ensuring quality standards are met and maintained in a manner that preserves the health, safety and well-being of the team.
**Executive Housekeeper**
- Ensure the service delivery is of the standard set by Facilinet Building Maintenance
- Ensures the required standard for room cleanliness and presentation is met in accordance with the Hotel's cleanliness standards, policies and procedures.
- Manage the Housekeeping communication logbook each morning.
- Check rosters for all housekeeping areas, ensuring shifts are covered and compliant.
- Ensure rooms are checked every day after morning set-up activities are completed.
- Conduct routine checks on the floors, ensuring they are tidy, well maintained and in order.
- Oversee the par levels of linen and bathroom amenities. Check pantries are clean and clear of clutter.
- Checks productivity matches rooms cleaned, and time taken, checking for compliance.
- Performs any requirements as directed from the clients, and attends meetings as required.
- Manage Daily room counts and submit to Accounts department on time.
- Daily productivity to complete and submit to FBM payroll as on time.
- Ensure all allocated jobs are complete at the end of the shift and work allocation is prepared.
- Prepare weekly report on the condition of floors, equipment, general information about staff and any other issues that may affect operations.
- Daily liaison with Front Office on Housekeeping activates.
- Check rosters meet the forecasted occupancy, make the required adjustments ensuring compliance.
- Ensure the correct procedures are followed for reporting of incidents.
- Report maintenance issues in the rooms and around the hotel.
- Follow up any complaints from guests and/or clients ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Carry out inspections with the client when required and follow up any feedback provided.
- Ensures that housekeeping stock is at recommended par levels while at the same time within the set budget.
- Conducting monthly stock take of Supplies and Linen.
- Responsible for reporting to Head Office within deadlines.
- Follow up any matters with the staff such as payment issues, operational matters or grievances.
- Manage any disciplinary procedures for employees and report to Human Resources on any misconduct or poor performance.
- Responsible for any accident or incident reporting including the follow up procedures.
- Report any breaches of security directly to Hotel Manager (or loss & prevention) i.e.: missing master key, suspicious persons, unauthorized entry.
- Regular audits of pagers, key cards and master keys against recording logs and reports discrepancies.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Housekeeping management: 1 year (preferred)
