**Your new role**
We are seeking an experienced, design-focussed Senior Interior Designer. You will be working on projects across Australasia and also in the Melbourne studio, and help to grow the interiors team and project with a strong backing from their Architecture and Urban Design team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Project Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the interior design projects working both independently and within project teams
- Integrate interior design work with the work of other design disciplines
- Work collaboratively with other interior designers, project architects and project teams to develop and advance the design agenda of each project
- Partner with external collaborators including clients, consultants, and project partners
- Problem solving: detailing and technical issues in line with the project’s design agenda
- Where appropriate, manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines
- Report regularly to the Management Team
- Represent the interior design discipline both internally and externally

**Qualifications**:

- Professional Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design
- 7-10 years of post-degree professional experience
- Experience creating and leading client presentations and workshops
- Experience in hotel, hospitality and retail sectors
- Successful experience in a 2IC or leadership role on medium to large scale, multi-disciplinary projects
- Previous experience through all phases of design (concept design through to construction administration)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
- Bonus to have: Rhino, Enscape
