**What we need**

OneCare currently have a part time position available for a skilled and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team and lead the Extended Care Assistants with providing direct holistic care to consumers at Rubicon Grove.

**What you bring to the role**
- Prior experience working in an extended care assistant position or equivalent
- A certificate 3 in Aged Care or Equivalent (completion of Aged Care units is Essential), with a Certificate 4 in Aged Care desirable
- Experience in a leadership position, or the ability to take on a leadership position and hit the ground running
- A desire to create a positive experience for residents
